How does our house clearance service work?

We usually just require 2-3 days notice, we like to turn up at 9am on the day of our appointment.
If you are unable to be present during the house clearance we can pick keys up from solicitors, estate agents or neighbors.
We will clear everything you ask us to clear, even the food from the cupboards, we can disconnect all white goods & uplift carpets if required.

Note! Items of sentimental or monetary value found during house clearance are handed back to each customer.

dresser — A tall standing vintage ecrol dark elm colonial kitchen dresser, having two shelves above two drawers and two cupboards.

sofa — A heavily carved vintage mahogany high back two seater sofa, upholstered in colourful floral patterned fabric.

mahogany sideboard — A Victorian style vintage mahogany sideboard, having two brass handled drawers above a double cupboard, with carving detailing to the doors.

rug — A large vintage Persian area rug, decorated with a light blue and cream floral pattern against a dark blue ground, fringed to either side.

dresser — A vintage mahogany dressing table and tri folding bevelled mirror, having two small over one large drawer.

double wardrobe — A tall standing solid wood double wardrobe, together with a matching mirrored back three drawer dresser.

dining table — A large glass topped circular dining table on a chrome base, together with six matching high back dining chairs, upholstered in cream faux leather.
