How does our house clearance service work?

We usually just require 2-3 days notice, we like to turn up at 9am on the day of our appointment.
If you are unable to be present during the house clearance we can pick keys up from solicitors, estate agents or neighbors.
We will clear everything you ask us to clear, even the food from the cupboards, we can disconnect all white goods & uplift carpets if required.

Note! Items of sentimental or monetary value found during house clearance are handed back to each customer.

corner sofa — A large five seater corner sofa, upholstered in red and cream faux leather, together with five square sofa cushions and a large patterned area rug.

corner cabinet — A small wall mountable corner cabinet, hand painted in white with a glass inlaid door, opening to reveal one small shelf.

dining table — A solid wood rectangular dining table, together with four matching high back dining chairs.

armchair — A vintage high back armchair on solid wood legs and brass castors, upholstered in floral printed fabric.

bedside tables — A matching pair of solid pine two drawer bedside tables, with flowerhead knobs on each drawer.
